By accessing and using Rijmulseb's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.
Rijmulseb provides Syariah-compliant legal consultation, intellectual property protection (Fortress), corporate structuring (Navigator), and contract management (Vault) services in Malaysia.
All services are subject to Malaysian law and Islamic principles.
Rijmulseb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or reliance on advice provided. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
We protect all client information under attorney-client privilege and comply with GDPR and Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements. Data is processed only for service delivery and legal compliance.
Clients may request data access, correction, or deletion under applicable law.
All materials, templates, and frameworks provided by Rijmulseb remain our property. Clients receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur under Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005.
